Keeping You Guys In The Loop

Doesn't time fly? It's been a few weeks since I last posted on this blog so I just wanted to bring everyone up to speed with what I've been up to.

Over the last few weeks, I've been really thinking about my businesses, what I want, my goals, dreams and how I am going to achieve them.

For the last 10 years I have had a goal of becoming a millionaire which I have been working towards ever since.

A couple of weeks ago, I realised that unless I change certain aspects of myself, then I'm not going to achieve this dream!

I invested in a couple of fairly expensive programs to educate myself further. The two programs were Eben Pagan's Guru Mastermind (which was the best thing I have ever done in my life) and the other was Ryan Deiss's WholeSale Traffic method (Based on Google Adwords), which again is fantastic.

At the age of 31, I have finally started to learn to drive (I've had 6 lessons so far) and I am now working to conquering my fear of Public Speaking. I attended my first ToastMasters public speaking club last night to see what it was all about.

I figure that if I am going to become a millionaire over the next 5 years, I need to be confident enough to get in front of a group of people to teach them things and at present, I don't think I could do that without some kind of training. It's not so bad if you are used to speaking to an audience, but if you're not, and you've never done it before, then it's going to take a while to get used to.

I am totally out of my comfort zone at present with the driving lessons and public speaking, but I am going to persist and keep going!

So, couple the driving and speaking with the learning and my other businesses and I haven't had much time to focus on the blog.

I'll keep you posted.

Great work :)

You can also try Lions Clubs, Kiwanees etc for public speaking practice. They don't expect brilliance, but are great training.
