Having a successful business online gives you so much more freedom and time to do the things you love and enjoy! Yes, it's hard work in the early stages but once you finally make it work you'll be able to relax a little more knowing that all the bills will be paid off each month without you having to worry about where the money is going to come from.
You can go on holiday more, go out for trips out with the family and find hobbies you love and enjoy.
Work (Day Job) is one of those things that gets in the way of life. I was smart enough to realize this a long time ago and made a decision that I wasn't going to work for someone else for the rest of my life.

I enjoy my life and work for myself… I don't have a boss to push me around whom I have to ask for permission to take a day off or go on holiday.
I'm very motivated and I'm dedicated to helping others achieve their dreams and goals. Everyone's capable of so much more than they think they are. Most unfortunately are happy to work for someone else for a wage each month rather than risking everything to be successful.

- MLM Video Niche Marketing for Youtube
Hi guys, I had a great weekend at my Dad's 60th birthday party and now I'm back for some more hard work this week.
I've got my whole MLM system in place now and I'm very busy recording videos. I usually record about 5 videos each day.
Because Network Marketing is so big, and there are hundreds of individual companies each with thousands of reps and associates, it's fairly easy for me to dominate a niche on youtube or Google.
Lets take a new company called Xocai for example. This is a company that's in pre-launch at present and there are thousands of people talking and buzzing about this new company. They are searching on Google and Youtube for Xocai and many of them are looking for ways to build their Xocai business.

- Tips To Help If You Feel Overwhelmed (Video)
I can remember when I first started online, there was so much information and so many things to do. Not to mention how many distractions there are on the net. I still feel overwhelmed sometimes now, especially when I think about my goals, targets and projects.
But… I take a step back, write things down and plan them out into small steps. As the old saying goes "Rome wasn't built in a day!" - So if you are feeling overwhelmed, watch this short video I made. Although I talk about Mlm and Network Marketing again, it is really for anyone who is marketing their business online.
If you can consisently take small steps each day, you will end up achieving a lot of things at the end of the year!

- Blip.Tv Makes It Easy (Video)
Yesterday I was playing around with Blip.tv after watching an excellent video by Sherman Hu and I started integrating blip.tv with several of my other accounts. The process for me now is below the video.
1/ Record a video
2/ Upload it using TubeMogul or Traffic Geyser
3/ The Video then gets uploaded to Blip.tv which then distributes it to my Facebook, Flickr, iTunes, MySpace, Delicious and various other accounts and it then gets syndicated around the web.This saves me a huge amount of time and ensures maximum exposure for my work. The best type of work you can do is something you can do once and have it populate around the web automatically.
There are a few more steps I need to integrate into this process, but Im having fun learning it in the meantime and I'm generating much more traffic as a result.

- First Video Blog
I have finally worked out how to use my new Camcorder! Its High Definition and the post production part is fairly tricky. The picture doesn't look that great on youtube as I have compressed it, but I guess I need to play around with the settings before I can start to produce high quality videos.

- Embrace Web 2.0 - Video Presentation 1
I have just finshed making my first presentation and Im looking for some feedback from my readers, after all, its you who is going to have to watch them
As most people know, videos online have been growing in popularity for a while and they are a fantastic traffic building tool! I have recently purchased a digital camcorder, camtasia and various other equipement to start making videos. This video below is a power point presentation and is the first video in a 6 part series which I will be making over the next few weeks.
I hope to improve my video making skills and my voice narration etc. I'm really looking forward to doing more of these videos and Im setting aside 3-4 hours per day to learn about making videos, presentations and webcasts.
