Offline And Online Marketing Tips

When you first get involved with online marketing and marking money on the Internet, you enter a maze of tips, strategies and blueprints.

Whichever way you wish to earn money online, try not to forget (as so many others do), the amazing results you can get from OFFLINE marketing as well as online. This is a seriously OVERLOOKED marketing strategy, and yet the effects are immediate and will surprise you.

You can spend hours posting blogs, working your bookmarks, trying for back links, and getting your articles in to directories, however, a simple classified advertisement or flyer drop in your home town, could pull in an incredible amount of traffic and be surprisingly effective.

What’s more, your competitors are hardly going to be in your neighbourhood, so you get all the benefits from this form of marketing to yourself.

This is excellent for:

  • Building an MLM down line
  • Straight out sales from your website
  • Finding qualified traffic
  • Almost all niches

It is particularly effective for the Make Money Online niche purely because few Internet Marketers look offline for any customers.  Imagine you are the ‘average Jo” going to your old mundane job,  and stopping at the local corner store on the way home you see a smashing poster with “How I make $5k working from home on the Internet”, splashed across it.

“Local Man reveals how to make money from home, using the Internet. Genuine Opportunity”

These are headlines you see everyday online so are numb to it. But on paper… REAL PAPER… it seems to have an edge of reality that makes people take notice.

MLM has always used leaflets, posters and classifieds, and for good reason.  They are very effective for recruiting.

Is it cost effecting though?

Hell yes!  How much value do you put on your time?  You would spend a whole day social networking to build some traffic which may, or may not, convert to a sale, recruitment or potential customer.  Ten minutes designing a leaflet and $5 worth of paper and photocopying, followed by an hour of walking around your neighbourhood is a great way to drum up business as well as an instant gage of response.  A classified newspaper advertisement is hardly going to break the bank either.

If you are a member of my Uvme business opportunity, I highly recommend you ask your local DVD store, and high store ‘techie’ shops to put a poster in the window or place some leaflets on their shop counter right now.  This would be an excellent way to build your downline.

Tip: Although it is a pain, I do recommend putting a phone number on the leaflet, even if it just going to an answer machine with instructions to your website. It makes it personal and keeps the “is it Real” feeling.

Also, if your website address is something like this:

http://www.leaflets.marketing.biz/opportunity/%bigbucks/ktillsjk.html

Do not imagine in a million years anyone is going to write it down properly and succeed in finding your site.

Invest in an $8.50 namecheap.com simple domain name, and pop up a landing page especially for your offline market, then link them to your online marketing strategies.

Offline marketing for online profits is simple, easy and effective. Try it and see the results.
